Host a Donation Drive or Box

Donation drives and donation boxes make it easier for people to give and share food. By adding a new location or time, you can help us spread information about the pantry, and keep our shelves stocked with a variety of foods.

​Outdoor Donation Drive:
Hosting a donation drive in a park, sidewalk, or other public area is surprisingly easy, and extremely helpful. Often you can fill a car with donations with only a few hours outside of a grocery store or in a park.

​We can provide the supplies, arrange for a car to bring the food back, and get you an extra volunteer to help with the table. All you have to do is show up and collect the food!

Host a Donation Box at Your Apartment Building, Workplace, School, or Another Location:
We will provide you a box with signs explaining what kind of food we accept, as well as information about how people can get food from our pantry and other pantries in the area. 

As the host of the box, we ask that you just keep an eye on it to make sure it's not damaged or in people's way. Once it gets full you can let us know, and we'll come by to pick up the food.
